The grapes that make the refreshing Babot Cava are grown in Sant Sadurní de Anoia in the Alt Penedes region which is in the centre of the main area for Cava. The grapes are Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parelleda and there is no dosage added. Babot Cava is bottled aged for around 18 months. We like it because it offers lots of richness and flavour at a really good price.
