This style of sweet Grenache is one of the region's specialities, with the skills having been passed down from generation to generation. A percentage of the grapes are allowed to rasinify and the must is deliberately oxidised and only partially fermented. The wine is then fortified to stop fermentation and leave the wine sweet.

Tasting Notes

Using three shades of old vine Grenache and aged in old barrels for five to ten years. A very complex wine in the style of Banyuls but with more minerality. Unbelievable value.
