Domaine Saint Hilaire is a family-owned estate in the heart of the Languedoc. Anne and Jonathan James have recently moved from the UK to take over the domaine.

They have fourteen varieties of grape over 64 hectares in a beautiful setting. They have maintained the services of talented young winemaker Vincent Maurel, while also bringing in an experienced consultant. Their aim is clear: to improve the quality and reputation of the wines even further through lower yields and up to date vineyard and winery techniques.

The vines at Saint Hilaire are older than most in the area for varietal Vin de Pays and the wines made here have always been at the top of their classification. They have been awarded numerous international medals, also receiving acclaim from many wine writers including Robert Parker.
