All wines and spirits are offered subject to
availability and remain the property of Indigo Wine Ltd until payment is received
in full. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your
order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement
for the completion of your order. We reserve the right not to accept any order.
We aim to deliver within seven days of your order, and will inform you if a delivery will take longer. However, if it is impossible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement in this time, the actual delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed. We may use an independent carrier who will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to our offices if they have not been collected from the carrier within 21 days. Minimum order is one case (12 x 75cl) or nine litres equivalent. Free delivery in mainland UK for orders over £200. Otherwise £10.00 (incl. VAT) per consignment in mainland UK. For orders outside mainland UK, please contact us.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT except where stated as ‘en primeur’ or ‘in bond’. Our minimum purchase is 12 standard bottles or their equivalent (nine litres) of wines and spirits, any mix.
Should a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Notification can be made by telephone, post, fax, or email within three working days of delivery. If a wine is found to be corked or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit. Notification must be given to us within three working days of delivery. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. On the rare occasion that this happens, we will offer a refund or replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question. Notification must be given to us within seven working days of delivery.
For your complete peace of mind, you may cancel your order within five working days of receipt of goods. A refund excluding return postage and packaging will be given, provided that the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled order will be refunded within 30 days.

As an additional security precaution we do not store any credit card details on our website. All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party. To allow us to deliver your order efficiently and for your convenience in reordering, we collect the following details from you when you place your order: 1. Your name, address and delivery address. 2. Your email address (your order confirmation is sent here) and telephone number. We may approach a credit reference agency to verify your address. If you currently receive emails from us and no longer wish to do so, you can opt out in three ways: 1. On the order payment details page (when placing an order). 2. By signing into 'Your Account' and amending in the 'Your Details' area. 3. Contact us via this website. You can update your information and view previous orders in the your account section. We use cookies to facilitate this process.
