The fine albariza soil of the El Caribe estate is great for making Fino, however the hot and dry 2016 vintage turned it into a deeper Oloroso-style. Añina Caribe is aromatic with soy sauce, quince, orange blossom and almonds and a fresh chalkiness on the finish. Delicious with roasted meats, cheese, pretty much anything!
