Bizzarro Bitter Aperitivo | Delinquente

Bizzarro Bitter Aperitivo is Delinquente’s take on a traditional vermouth made using biodynamic skin-contact Vermentino as a base wine and fortified with neutral grape spirit. The neutral grape spirit is infused with herbs, botanicals and organically-grown oranges and lemons from Riverland. They add Rhubarb and Gentian root to provide a backbone of bitterness. Deliciously refreshing served over ice with a slug of soda or in cocktails.
