Brut NV | Robert Moncuit

The Moncuit family has been growing vines on 8 hectares in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger since 1889. Pierre works organically to nurture microbial life and the natural balance of the soils, which allows the wines to express the identity of their sites. He ferments in neutral oak to preserve the characteristic minerality and focus of the Grand Cru Chardonnay grown on the marine limestone soils in Le Mesnil.
