Castiñeiro Albariño | Zárate

Released under Eulogio Pomares’ own name, this is a wonderfully unusual expression of Albariño, the type of wine we’ve come to expect from one of Spain’s master wine makers. Fermented and aged in amphorae, this is a rich, concentrated and beautifully pure wine, sourced from a single 0.3 hectare vineyard. Quantities are unsurprisingly small!
