This is a blend of 90% Sangiovese Toscano and 10% Caniolo Nero, naturally fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 6 to 8 months and aged in bottle for 3 months before release. It’s a great example of the style: a young, early drinking Chianti, elegant and fresh with clean crunchy fruit.
