Les Binardes is a single vineyard on the Côte Blonde, under Tupin. With slopes as steep as 40%, the crumbly soils are held in place by dry stone terraces called cheys locally. A complex, spicy wine with notes of black fruits, violets and liquorice. It’s fresh in the mouth with lovely minerality.
