From a single parcel of Listán Negro interplanted with a small amount of Listán Blanco, this vineyard is named after a centenary plum tree that grows alongside. Very fine, fresh, peppery and aromatic, and extremely elegant on the palate. Jonatan describes it as a volcanic Nebbiolo.
