El Risco | Indigo Selection

El Risco is a blend of Syrah with a dash of Garnacha and Garnacha Tintorera  from old, high altitude vineyards in Campo de Borja. Winemaking is very simple: the grapes are co-fermented, with a small proportion of whole bunches, and a short maceration and 4 months in old, large French barrels. The resulting wine is dark and spicy with wild berries and a smooth finish.
