Textbook Beaujolais: fresh and aromatic, with red cherry, rich sweet fruit, and a mouth-watering juicy finish. From Thibault’s own vineyards which he is now farming organically. The name, which translates as ‘free-wheeling’ is a nod to the hands-off winemaking, and his love of cycling.
