This generous white with stone-fruit, minerality and a nutty lick of oak is made to match with food. Produced from a field blend of very old vines, it’s impossible to classify the exact make-up but grapes such as Manteúdo, Formosa Dourada, Alicante Branco and Vale Grosso, that have all but disappeared from Portuguese viticulture form a significant percentage.
