A refreshing, food friendly rosado from a tiny plot close to the Atlantic in Rías Baixas. Local varietals Caiño Tinto and Espadeiro add bitter cherry and plums to the Albariño orchard fruits. A bit of time on lees adds a savoury touch – perfect with grilled seafood.
