Possibly 4Kilos’ most personal wine (named after the winemakers) Grimalt Cabellero is a blend of mostly Callet with some Fogoneu from small parcels on the southeast part of the island. An ambitious wine that delivers the complexity of ripe fruit seasoned with spicy and well-integrated oak, but is not at all heavy. Local variety Callet at its most elegant.
