A Blanc de Blancs vinified and aged in oak, and kept of the lees for 4 to 5 years before being disgorged and bottled with 3.5 to 5 g/L of residual sugar. It is fresh and mineral on the nose while the palate is rich and dense, yet balanced by a fresh acidity and lovely length.
