Jijiji Red | Gen Del Alma

This joyful fragrant red might remind you of a Morgon, which isn’t surprising as the Pinot and Malbec are co-fermented and undergo partial carbonic fermentation before pressing and finishing fermentation off the skins. It doesn’t see any wood and isn’t aged before bottling so keeps the bright red fruit and a fresh minerality.
