Kammerner Lamm, Kamptal DAC | Hirsch

One of the finest sites in the Kamptal, taking its name from the subsoil – Laam translates as loam in the local dialect. The deep fertile soil, in combination with the micro-climate of the south-facing slope makes it ideal for producing expressive, multi-layered Grüners with substance and texture. Kammerner Lamm has ripe fruit supported by a fine acidity, mouthwatering now, but with ageing potential.
