An elegant new cuvée from the Envínate team, this comes from a slightly different area of the island- Santa Úrsula, in the north of Tenerife. With a variety of fermentation techniques applied to the three individual parcels they use, freshness and focus is the goal, achieved through its complex flavours of wild strawberry, garrigue and supple guiding tannins.
