LES FORQUES | Mas Candí

One of Mas Candí’s missions is to recuperate varieties that are no longer grown in Penedès. Les Forques is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount Mandó, Cannonnau (old Catalan Grenache grown in Sardinia), Monica (also from Sardinia) and Sumoll, interplanted in a 0,5 hectare vineyard. The result is warm, ripe and mellow with lovely balance and well integrated oak.
