An unusual co-ferment of Petit Verdot and Sauvignon Blanc – ten days of carbonic fermentation on skins gives it an eye-catching neon colour and bright aromatics. The Petit Verdot adds a spicy seasoning and a nice layer of earthiness to the juicy fruit.
