Sourced from a small, north-facing vineyard in the village of Ano Diakopto, the fruit spends 30 hours cold-soaking before pressing and fermentation by natural yeasts. The result is incredible aromatics, fruit concentration balanced by mouthfilling texture and refreshing acidity. A beautiful wine that lingers on the tongue.
