Sangiovese fermented and aged in spherical ceramic Clayvers, which are neutral and less porous than oak or terracotta. Giving a wonderfully fresh, focused wine, with bright berry fruits, cherry notes and some savoury minerality. Elegant on the palate with supple tannins and hints earth and spice on the finish.
