The Chenin for this wine is sourced from a single vineyard on the outskirts of Malmesbury, planted with dry farmed bush vines. Grapes undergo 9 weeks of skin contact and the result is a truly impressive wine. Deep golden orange color, complex aromas of exotic fruits, apricot, honey, and plenty of freshness and minerality on the palate. This is serious and structured, but also incredibly drinkable.
