Old Vine White | Precedent

The grapes for this cuvee are sourced from the Wirz Vineyard, on a patch of head-trained and dry-farmed Riesling, planted in 1952 on a bed of decomposed Granite from the Gabilan Mountains. A unique site, to say the least! It is an intense and very concentratied expression of Riesling— a wine that is delicious, precise and truly speaks to its origins.
