Paulessen Zenit | Andreas Bender

Paulessen is the term Andreas uses to describe this style of dry Riesling, typical of the Mosel: light, delicately fruity and minerally. ‘Zenit’ on the other hand is the term he uses to label his best wines, made only in exceptional vintages. This is an impressive wine, with vibrant minerality, piercing acidity and an intense finish of citrus and apricots.
