Pedra de Guix | Terroir al Limít

Dominik produces two distinct whites, he refers to Pedra de Guix as his “oxidative” white, while Terra de Cuques is his “skin contact” white. Pedra de Guix is a blend of old-vine Pedro Ximénez, Macabeo  and Garnacha Blanca, all from different plots – the result is fresh, mineral and expressive, reminiscent of white Hermitage.
