Pino | Juan Antonio Ponce

A serious, age-worthy style of Bobal, the Pino is a little darker than Ponce’s other cuvées, tending towards more savoury flavours. It has an almost Northern Rhône- like profile, with some meaty umami notes, black cherry and chalky tannins.
