Piquette California Sparkling | Monte Rio

Piquette was originally a farm workers’ drink – light, spritzy and low in alcohol – made by re-hydrating and fermenting the pomace left over from winemaking. Monte Rio are reviving this tradition using Chardonnay, Vermentino and Melon de Bourgogne from family-owned vineyards across California, to give a fun ‘adult soda’ with a soft mousse and a refreshing saline finish.
