From 65-year old field blend of Cercial, Bical, Verdelho, Málvasia, Terrantez, Cachorrinho, Douradinha and many more. Slowly fermented in oak barrels for two months with an additional 3 months of lees stirring in old oak barrels, this is a rich and broad white with a lovely melony nose and underlying minerality.
