A zesty, mouth-filling white partially fermented in concrete eggs the winery purchased in 2016. Maria Castro believes they help build the texture in the wines, and this is a good example. The palate has a creamy, lemon yoghurt-like character, with hints of fresh bread, lemon peel and a saline finish.
