Riesling Sekt Brut | Andreas Bender

Andreas Bender’s Riesling Sekt is one of just 2 percent of production in Germany to classify as Klassische Flaschengärung or Traditional Method. Fresh, dry and full of green apple and pear and sharp citrus with gently yeasty, umami notes and some candied orange peel on the finish, it’s a brilliant aperitif wine.
