Salmon pink with a soft, fine mousse. Strawberries and rose petals with a bright linear finish – this is serious stuff, it would work brilliantly with food and will only get better with age – if you manage to save any that is!

Whole bunch pressed, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel, Chardonnay fermented in barrique.
Blended from five components, including a small amount of Pinot Noir fermented in the Burgundian style. 40 months on lees before release.
