Grapes come from Mikey’s three favourite vineyards – Bien Nacido, Presqu’ile and Solomon Hills – the old vines in Bien Nacido give it a little more density and firmness than Los Rancheros, with pure red cherry and raspberry followed by sandalwood and a touch orange zest.
