A 50/50 blend of Grenache from the biodynamic Stolpman Vineyard and Syrah from My Friend Matt’s vineyard, this feels like the meeting point between the Northern and Southern Rhône. A wine that balances lilac floral notes with blue fruit and a twist of white pepper spice on the finish, it’s food versatile and perfect lightly chilled.
