Táganan Parcela Amogoje | Envínate

This wine comes from a single vineyard field blend of many different native varieties, where vines average 100 years of age and are untrained. It is fermented in old French oak and left on the lees for a whole year, producing an extremely aromatic wine with typical salty character and extremely long finish. Only tiny quantities are made.
