Teldeschi “Frank’s Block” Zinfandel | Once & Future

Joel Peterson first met Frank and Caterina Teldeschi as a young student who wanted to buy some of their grapes. They invited him to a long and delicious lunch, washed down with copious amounts of wine. They agreed on a handshake to sell him 4 tons of grapes and have been friends ever since. When Joel started Once & Future he wanted to honor this long friendship by making this fantastic old vineyard block into a stand-alone wine.  And the wine itself is complex and delicious too!
