V for Vostilidi | Sarris Winery

A fascinating wine made from the lesser-spotted Vostilidi, grapes are sourced from a tiny vineyard plot in the village of Lixouri, on the east coast of Kefalonia. It’s a complex white that somehow marries together spice, smoke, salinity, citrus-acidity and floral notes with incredible harmony.
