Just 800 bottles are produced of this Godello, made entirely with fruit from the 'El Val' vineyard, their most westerly-facing site. Fermented in new oak, this is their most complex, serious white, produced in a Burgundian style, with smoky, flinty aromas and white balsamic, lemon peel and pineapple notes on the palate- it's a wine that will develop wonderfully with age.
