This rosé version of Vatua! came about when Sergi Colet and Fredi Torres were having long and happy lunch. Fredi mixed a little of his Priorat Grenache into some Vatua! they liked the result and since then have made a version with a dosage of Fredi’s wine. This gives it a lovely onion skin colour and a bit of spice and rounder fruitiness, it’s a great food wine.
