Vermentino | Ephemera

This characterful Vermentino is sourced from the Chalmers vineyard at the northern end of the Heathcote GI. The fruit is gently fermented on skins for a week, using ambient yeasts, which give the wine a textural grip and notes of citrus and lemon barley to balance the fresh acidity.
