Wandin Sauvignon Blanc | Jamsheed

With a taut line of minerality and fresh melon fruit, it’s much more in the Sancerre spectrum than your typical Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc. Gary attributes this to the rare soil combination of red clay loam over bluestone rocks that you find in the Wandin vineyard, which lends a taut flinty edge to the wine.
