Not your typical super-aromatic Gewurtz, Weird Berries is savoury and textured with a little phenolic grip from some skin contact. The aromatic signature of the variety isn’t entirely lost with some Turkish delight and citrus peel on the nose. Taras says “Whatever they teach you to do when making aromatic whites, I just go and do the opposite”!
