Pepe Quecuty honed his winemaking skills working with Raúl Pérez. For his own project he’s planted 3 hectares of local varietals Brancellao and Caíño Longo in a sheltered amphitheatre-like site. Elegant, fragrant Xanledo is already proving popular and as the roots dig deeper into the granitic sand it’s only going to get better.
