Riesling Zöbinger Gaisberg, Kamptal DAC | Hirsch

Some terroir-istas see Gaisberg as a ‘little brother’ to the famous Heiligenstein. However, this doesn’t do justice to the potential of this site. Weathered mica schist covered with brown earth provides a nearly perfect soil for growing mineral-driven Rieslings. A distinctive single vineyard wine – aromatic, juicy, full of freshness.
