Coup de Foug | Domaine Bärtschi

This alpine white is a blend of Savoie’s native varieties, Jacquère and Altesse, grown in a hand-worked, certified organic site just 30km east of the domaine. The wine captures the essence of its mountain origins, with cooling notes of pine resin and wet stone. Fresh, vibrant, and beautifully pure, it offers a crisp, mineral-driven profile that reflects both altitude and meticulous vineyard care.
