The Domaine's most serious, structured wine, it has notes of violets, blue fruit, spice, smoke and a touch of pepper. Concentrated and supple with a line of electric minerality. There’s plenty of earth and savory St. Joseph character under the fruit, but the overall impression is fresh and mineral.
