Grus is named after a constellation visible above the Elqui Valley, whose clear skies are prized by stargazers. It’s a blend of Syrah, Garnacha, Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot, grown at over 1700 metres altitude, where the grapes become fully ripe without losing their refreshing acidity.
