A classic Syrah, dark and peppery, with black fruit and black olives, from a special dry-farmed vineyard on the slopes of the Bottelary Hills. It’s the highest plot on the farm and is bathed by breezes from False Bay which means the grapes ripen slowly and preserve freshness. Winemaker Kayleigh describes the wines as: “made naturally, no alterations or adjustments, just pure terroir and honest reflections thereof”.
